2020 Rendezvous Events

Submitted Events

 All Troops are asked to run at least one event at Camporee.  Please submit event choice(s) to Portola.Camporee@gmail.com.  All must be submitted by April Roundtable (April 11).

Suggested Events

Troops will receive more Top Troop points if their event is based on the theme. These suggested events fit nicely into the "Rendezvous" theme. Troops can revise these set-up & rules as they see fit.

 

We have many of the supplies needed to run these events, including:

  • 6 throwing knives
  • 2 hula hoops for trundling
  • 50 Old Tyme clothes pins for drop stick
  • 2000ft orange snow fencing for ranges
  • 4 red flags for ranges
  • 8 sling shots
  • 8 throwing hawks
  • 4 burlap sacks
  • 2 - 2in x 8ft tree stakes and gloves for Pike Toss
  • 2 - 4in x 4in x 8ft timbers and gloves for Caber Toss
  • Lacrosse sticks
  • land skis
  • small wood hoop and 4ft javelin for rabbit hunt
